Hunter Valuation Services Pty Limited is an independent property valuation company with over 80 years experience in the Hunter property market. Our valuers are highly trained professionals, are fully registered and qualified as required. We provide extensive local knowledge of market conditions and individual expertise backed by dedicated support staff and up to date information technology.

Our objective is to provide professional, independent and informed property valuations and advice.

This provides us with not only our own sales information but also every single property transaction throughout the Hunter Valley, Newcastle, Central Coast, Port Stephens and Dungog/Gloucester areas. We are members of LegalCo On line, which provides us with title information as well as registered plans and dealings.

The computer network at Hunter Valuation Services has recently been upgraded to provide a fast and efficient system. The new computers adequately cater for the most sophisticated computer modelling for all real estate requirements.
